How to check if your website is banned from adsense

in this post i will tell you a nice method to check if your website is banned from Google adsense or no ?

First you must use this website : 
http://www.isbanned.com/
second : you will have like this windows

 then tip you website link and clic submit

and you have seen the result for my website " softawres-for-free.blogspot.com is not banned from Google AdSense "
